I watched a video on YouTube were Hollie Olson demonstated two types of facial expressions that models do on catwalk shows. First look is what I said I wanted for my looks - a straight face, no smiling and the other one is a bit more cheerful and smiley and the models have eye contact with the audience. The video is very short but provided the information I needed.

I will take photos with the chin down and sligtly up, some shot with the camera in the model's eye level and some a bit lower. I've noticed that most photos feature one or the other.
I also have to double check with Kat but I would like one of my photos to look like the model is getting her make up done, but actually the look is completed. Something like this:
