Catwalk Evening Look | Inspiration & Mood Boards

My catwalk looks are inspired by a combination of various textures, but they also link to my tropical island inspired editorial looks/ ideas. 
The colour I have chosen to use in my final design for the catwalk evening look is silver. To come up with this look I was looking at the ocean and the reflection of the light in it, mirrored glass and crystals, silver painted wood textures, sparkles and glitter.... All the shiny things basically. Also, an artist named Jason Martin's work is really great and he had created a couple of artworks that look like silver bush strokes and the exhebition is titled "Painting as Sculpture" - it was displayed in Lisson Gallery in Milan (2013).
